Lizz Robinson began her career in programme and project management, delivering highways design and construction projects. Over time, her expertise expanded into leading major procurements, including the National Highways Regional Delivery Partnership, the Smart Motorways Alliance, and HS2 MWCC. This experience has given her a unique perspective on mobilising and managing contracts across diverse contracting environments.

As Operations Director at Mace, Lizz managed the National Highways Commercial and Project Management Services NEC4 PSC. Through the use of secondary competition, she successfully grew the account from £0 to £30m in revenue, leading and developing a team of 80 professionals.
